The app provides users with access to a number of call channels, including Internet Relay, Speak & Listen, Captioned Relay, and Video Relay. The app is easy to use. Both Internet Relay and Speak & Listen include additional features that are only available through the app:

  • creating customised phrases for regular use, and
  • using your device’s GPS to provide location information.
