Murph's story

Then as he aged he became almost entirely deaf. This meant his wife Jen had to make all the phone calls – ring his friends and stay in touch with the kids and grandkids. That was until Murph and Jen discovered the National Relay Service. Relay calls have opened up a whole new world for Murph, who can now talk to his grandchildren on the phone and make and receive other calls every day. This short video of Murph’s story is a glimpse into the hidden world of hearing loss and shows that losing your hearing, doesn’t have to mean losing touch.
