Update for the NRS app available

There is a new update for the NRS app for users of Android smartphones and tablets.

The update corrects a problem that has made it difficult to make video relay calls through the app.

Samsung and other Android users

If your settings are set to automatically accept app updates, you don’t need to do anything.

If your settings provide for manual update of your apps:

  1. Open the Google ‘Play Store’ app  on your smartphone or tablet
  2. Search for ‘nrs app’
  3. Tap ‘Update’
  4. When the update is installed, tap ‘Open’

If you want to check if you have the updated version of the app on your device, go to ‘More’ > ‘About’ on the app. The new app version will show 2.0.2.

Apple users

If you have an iPad or iPhone you don't need to do anything, as the correction doesn’t require an update to your version of the app.
