Current NRS contract agreements to continue till January 2020

The Department of Communications and the Arts has reached agreement with the current providers of the NRS to continue their services until 31 January 2020. Australian Communication Exchange will continue to provide the Relay service, and WestWood Spice will continue to provide Helpdesk support services.

There will be no changes to relay calls or other services for NRS users during that time.

The Government’s procurement process for provision of the NRS beyond January 2020 is ongoing.
