You don't need to open an account to make local, national (STD) or toll-free calls.
However if you want to make:
- overseas phone calls
- calls to premium rate information or service numbers (eg 1900 numbers) in Australia
you will need to open a National Relay Service account. Download an NRS new account form and send it to us.
Change of account details
If you need to change any of your account details download an NRS account change of details form and return to us.
