True stories about hearing impairment - Murph

This community service announcement (CSA) was produced as part of our campaign to raise awareness about the National Relay Service among those with acquired hearing loss.

Although he had some hearing loss as a child, Murph became almost totally deaf with age. This meant his wife Jen had to make all the phone calls – ring his friends and stay in touch with the kids and grandkids.

That was until Murph and Jen discovered the National Relay Service.
