Training for new NRS call channels

Vanessa Alford is the Deaf Sector Community Training Officer for the NRS. Her job is to help members of Australia's Deaf community to know more about the NRS and how to make relay calls using different devices.

The relay service has changed in recent years to keep up with developments in communications technology. You can make relay calls from your mobile phone, computer, or tablet. You can be out and about and still make relay calls.  Also, the NRS has an app for your smartphone or tablet.
