NRS best in show!

Yesterday, the NRS received a special award - Best Exhibitor - at the national conference of Speech Pathology Australia in Hobart.

The NRS attends many conferences and expos each year. Our goal at these events is to raise awareness about the benefits of relay calls for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment.

Sometimes we make presentations, at others we have an exhibit or provide resources to conference participants.

The award to the NRS by the Speech Pathology organisers was based on:

• the look of our booth and display
• the resources provided
• the relevance to the profession
• the approachability and knowledgeability of staff.

Our prize was a free booth at next year’s conference.
