Joining the NRS community

This means we want to connect with people and organisations that are affected by the aims and actions of the NRS.

There are four major ways you can be part of the NRS community.

Feedback, compliments and complaints

Every day, lots of people contact the Helpdesk – seeking information or letting us know about their experience or views. NRS welcomes these contacts – each compliment, complaint, enquiry  or piece of feedback is valuable. You can ring
1800 555 660 or email the Helpdesk directly.

NRS Stakeholder Reference Panel

The NRS SRP is made up of a large group of volunteers who are interested in the NRS and represent a range of experience and views. Panel members provide feedback to the NRS on a wide range of issues,  developments and products.

Find out more about the NRS SRP and apply to join.

Social media

NRS is active on social media - and with clips on YouTube. Join the NRS on Facebook and Twitter so you can keep up-to-date with NRS happenings.

NRS National Advisory Committee

The NRS NAC is a small, diverse group of NRS stakeholders whose purpose is to provide feedback to the NRS contractors on priority issues arising from service provision and possible future improvements to NRS services.

The NAC will have up to 13 members including the two NRS contractors, with Commonwealth officers attending meetings as observers.

See the terms of reference for the NAC.
